MENU
We will be serving an all-vegetarian menu to help us reduce the carbon footprint of our event. *Guests will be able to opt into a meat-based main course if they prefer, when inputting attendee details. Please note the deadline for meat opt-in is 20 February.
Starter: Beetroot and blood orange salad with whipped goat’s cheese, candied citrus and toasted pumpkin seeds
Main course:
Hand-filled tomato and mozzarella tortellini with chilli spinach, fresh basil and parmesan cream
*Meat opt in: Lemon and rosemary roasted chicken breast served with whipped potato, confit tomatoes, spinach and chicken jus
Dessert: Petit fours, followed by a curated selection of dessert canapés outside in the foyer
